The Neverending Story

As a child, one of my favorite movies was The Neverending Story. For those that have never seen it, it’s essentially about a boy named Bastian who finds a book called (surprise, surprise) The Neverending Story. As he starts reading the book he gets transported into the world of the book. The reason it’s called The Neverending Story is that the characters in it are alive - growing, changing, having new adventures, continually throughout time.
This web site has, in a sense, become my own little Neverending Story. The more I add, change, mold and transform it, the more I ideas I get of things that need to be added, changed, molded, and transformed.
Our newest additions concern the Sermon Audio Archive. All of our sermons are now also available as MP3’s to be downloaded. We’ve also added our new New Life Church Sermon Godcast, a podcast containing the 5 most recent sermons. The podcast will be updated automatically at 6pm CST every day, though new sermons are typically added only on days immediately following our services (Thursday and Monday).
Just to keep everyone updated, the following additions are still planned:
- A repository of papers Pastor Gary has written
- Free web hosting accounts with up to 150 Mb of web space
- Free email accounts with POP3 and Webmail
- A cleaner and more feature rich news section and calendar
- Bible study resources
- An online store
- A Christian business directory
- Online courses (still in pre-planning).
